We at BarGlance, Inc. ___ ("we," “our,” or "BG") have created this privacy policy (“Policy”) to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we handle it. This Policy applies to: (a) information we collect from when you are on our application; (b) information collected in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this application, and (c) any information we collect when you interact with our advertising on third-party websites and services, provided those advertisements include links to this Policy.

Age Restrictions
We restrict use of our application to individuals age twenty-one and above. By creating an account, you are opting in to receive BG’s marketing emails or messages. IP Address

Your Rights
